Payment & Reservation Terms
• A local sales/lodging tax rate of 12.15 % applies to each reservation.
• Check In: After 3 p.m. / Check Out: 11 a.m.
• Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
• Upon confirmation of your reservation request, a 25% advance deposit will be billed to your credit card.
(the Charge will be displayed as “The Rock Cottage” on your credit card statement.)
• Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
• Cancellation Policy: You will be refunded 90% of your deposit if the cancellation occurs 30 days prior
to check-in dates. If the cancellation is less than 30 days notice, then the deposit will be non-refundable,
but may be applied to any other available dates.
Policies
• Smoking: Our properties are smoke-free indoors. No Smoking inside. Proper containers will be provided outside. Please be respectful of neighbors and future guests.
• Pets: We do not, under any circumstances, allow pets in The Rock Cottage, or the Large Townhome.
If you will be traveling with your pet, be sure to request the Small Townhome only.
Please do not bring your pets or ‘sleep over’ animals from Best Friends Animal Sanctuary to these units.
Any violation will result in an immediate charge to your credit card of $200.00.
While we appreciate pets, we cannot allow them all of our properties. Many of our guests choose to stay with us because of our pet free and low allergen homes. Your cooperation of our “pet policy” is greatly appreciated and will ensure that your visit, and visits of our future guests will be enjoyable.
